Terms of Business

1. All clients are required to sign an agreement - no work will be started without a signed agreement.
2. Payment terms - PA Services hourly rate: strictly 30 days from date of invoice
3. Payment terms - PA Services retainer: monthly in advance
4. Payment terms - CV Writing Services: in advance at time of order
5. Acceptable means of payment: BACS preferred, cheque or PayPal accepted
6. Late payment may result in interest charges at the statutory rate
7. Any errors or omissions to be notified within 3 working days or completion of work to avoid additional charges
